Claudine Schneider served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1981 to 1991, and was the first woman from Rhode Island to be elected to Congress. She is now an independent consultant in Colorado.
This luminous portrait of Claudine Schneider was created for a large Portrait exhibit that I had at T.F. Green Airport’s East Concourse Gallery in 1990.
