This Mother and Child Portrait captures a touching moment – a mother’s tender kiss upon the cheek of her beautiful baby daughter. The little girl gazes out at the viewer, and you can feel the peace that can only come from love. It is a tender, sweet moment that undoubtedly happened countless times. This kiss is special because it is captured in this portrait, and it will always be remembered.
Mother and Child Portrait was hand drawn in charcoal and pastel on acid free archival paper. While this work of art was created early in my career, it remains one of my favorite pieces. In fact, I’ve kept it in my personal collection for all these years.
